The booking shall be done with 30% of Package Price as advance payment and the booking amount is non-refundable. The remaining package amount should be paid before 7 days of the trip. In case of any unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator shall try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same. There shall be no boarding without complete payment. Any kind of misbehavior with the tour guide or with anyone may result in instant termination of the trip. Strict action can be taken against him/her. A valid government ID proof is mandatory for boarding. This package does not include any insurance policy. Passengers shall be themselves responsible for any other extra expenditure during the trip, whatsoever. InspirLifeTours has the sole authority to make and execute trip plans according to the convenience of the travelers. The company is not responsible for the loss of private property during the trip. No compensation will be made accordingly

If a Tourist cancels the tour due to any personal reason
If any Tourist decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever, they shall immediately send an email to InspireLifeTour at pritam@firangijourneyman.com from their registered email ID. The cancellation charge will be applicable as stated hereinabove which is calculated on Net Tour Price and varies as per the time duration between the cancellation date and the tour departure date. The cancellation charge will also differ tour wise / sector-wise / category wise. InspireLifeTour is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the cancellation charge. Any refund payable to the Tourist as per the cancellation policy will be paid within 10 working days*. Once the booking is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. Any reversal / re-booking will be treated as fresh booking and additional charges are applicable
If InspireLifeTour /Tourist/College/Organisation cancels the tour considering the safety of tourists under force majeure situations
InspireLifeTour reserves the right to cancel and or re-schedule any tour under force majeure situations like natural calamity, epidemic, terrorist disturbance etc. considering the safety of the tourists. No refund, fully or partially will be applicable under any circumstance in such force majeure situations. In case if associates (Airlines/Hoteliers/Transporters) are not in a position to consider the case, then actual cancellation charges may apply. InspireLifeTour is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the cancellation charge. Any refund payable to the Tourist as per the cancellation policy will be paid within 10 working days*.
Note:-
For unused hotel accommodation, hired transportation & missed meals, etc., no refund will be done. For the festive/peak season like Diwali, X-mas, and new year period (20 Dec to 05 Jan), the payment is non-refundable which means that this period does not follow the cancellation policy. We, InspireLifeTour, only deals in Land Package (that includes majorly Hotels, on Destination Meals, on Destination Travel Planning, events like parties provided by us). We don’t have any control on Trains & Flights or their services. Scheduling/Re-scheduling, Cancellation, confirmation from RAC to Confirmed or delays is totally controlled by Indian Railways or relative flight companies. We are not liable to all of these. Over and above our cancellation policy, if there is any extra or additional cancellation policy of airline, cruise etc, the client will have to pay the same. There are some tickets, which are nonrefundable that has to be taken care by the client.
